Dear Fellow Majestic Owners,
Our elected board members must act in the best interest of all the Majestic owners. The covert manner by which our present board replaced our restaurant operator, disregarding valid concerns raised by a large constituency of our unit owners, raised a red flag and thus prompted me to declare my candidacy to the board. This is only but one of numerous concerns over its oversight responsibilities:

Lack of financial transparency and timely reporting
Outdated Reserve Studies
Poor negotiating skills
Lack timely reporting on the slow progress towards the completion of capital expenditures assessed back in 2020
Unsubstantiated declaration of significant (600K) insurance premium savings
Poor discretion in awarding contracts to a related party of the president
Substandard and mismanaged execution of capital projects
